| Rev. Dr. Daniel & Rev. Penny Loosenort are the founders of Light Dawns Minsitries. They have resided in West Michigan for all 30 years of their marriage, faithfully committed to the Lord as well as serving their church, by overseeing the Pre-Marriage Counseling Program. |

Dr. Dan Loosenort has his PhD's in Christian Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, specializing in Temperament Therapy from Cornerstone University. He is privately licensed and a member of the National Christian Counseling Association. Dr. Loosenort is ordained by the National Conservative Christian Church. Dr. Loosenort served in the military until 1986. He served as the Company Commander of the 1073rd Maintenance Unit in the Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Healing Rooms of Grand Rapids. |

Pastor Penny is ordained also by the NCCC. She has years of experience in various Christian ministries. She has been part of the leadership team of Healing Rooms of Grand Rapids for over six years. Penny is a medical professional who owns and operated an educational training service. |
